These Incentive Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the BitSafe CBTC Incentive Campaign (the "Campaign").
The Campaign is organized by DLC.Link, Inc. ("DLC.Link" or "we"). For marketing purposes DLC.Link may use the "BitSafe" brand; any reference to "BitSafe" in these Terms means DLC.Link, Inc.
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms referenced on the Campaign page. If you do not agree, you must not participate.
2.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
2.2 Jurisdiction and sanctions. You may not participate if you:
2.3 Prohibited persons. You may not participate if doing so would violate any law or regulation applicable to you, including securities, sanctions, AML, or gambling laws.
2.4 Employees and affiliates. DLC.Link team members, contractors, and their immediate family/household members may be excluded from the Campaign at DLC.Link's discretion.
2.5 KYC / verification. DLC.Link may require you to complete KYC/AML checks or provide additional information to confirm your eligibility. Failure to complete or pass such checks may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
The Campaign will run for a limited time, as announced on the official BitSafe channels. DLC.Link may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time for any reason, including fraud, abuse, regulatory concerns, technical issues, or low participation.
To participate, during the Campaign Period you must:
5.1 Reward types.
Subject to these Terms, eligible participants may receive a Transaction Reward: a reward of 1,000 satoshis (0.00001 CBTC) per Qualified Send, credited to your wallet.
The transaction reward is subject to change without notice at any time, solely at the discretion of DLC.Link.
5.2 Qualified Send. A "Qualified Send" is a CBTC transfer that:

Rewards are limited to a maximum of 10 unique transactions per week per user. DLC.Link may also, in its discretion, impose or change other caps including:
Once any applicable cap is reached, no further rewards will be distributed, even if actions would otherwise qualify.
5.4 No guarantee of value. CBTC is a digital asset that may be volatile, illiquid, experimental, and may lose all value. Receiving a reward does not guarantee you will be able to sell, transfer, or use it.
5.5 Right to withhold or claw back. DLC.Link may withhold, cancel, or claw back rewards (or equivalent value) if it believes, in its reasonable opinion, that:

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes (including income, capital gains, or other taxes) that may apply to your participation in the Campaign and receipt, holding, or disposal of any rewards. Many jurisdictions treat airdrops as taxable income at the time you receive the tokens.
6.2 No tax or legal advice. DLC.Link does not provide tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. You should consult your own professional advisors regarding your particular situation.
6.3 Compliance. You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you in connection with your participation, including but not limited to securities, tax, anti-money laundering, and sanctions rules.

8.1 Technology and network risks. The Campaign depends on third-party networks and infrastructure (including the Bitcoin and Canton Networks, wallets, APIs, and smart contracts). These may fail, experience congestion, bugs, exploits, or other issues that may delay, prevent, or remove rewards. DLC.Link does not guarantee the continuous, secure, or error-free operation of any such systems.
8.2 No guarantee of listing or liquidity. Nothing in the Campaign or these Terms is a promise that CBTC or any other token will be listed on any exchange or have any particular price or liquidity.
8.3 No investment, legal or financial advice. Participation in the Campaign and receipt of rewards do not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial product, and do not create any broker-dealer, adviser, or fiduciary relationship.
8.4 AS IS. The Campaign and all rewards are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLC.Link and its respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The Parties and participants agree to seek to resolve disputes in good faith. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Campaign.
DLC.Link may update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Campaign page with a "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation after any change will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
